Philippine American Foundation for Charities, Inc. The Philippine American Foundation for Charities (PAFC), Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization formed in 1996 in Washington, D.C. The PAFC evolved from the Philippine Independence Day Committee (PIDC), which was created in 1982.
